This agreement is by Vintage Grove and Photographer.

• Vintage Grove and Photographer agree to the use of the OUTDOOR property located at 5615 Woodrow Rd. 
• The Photographer shall pay Vintage Grove $150 for the first hour and $50 for each hour after that, if time is allotted at booking.  Payments can be made via Venmo, Paypal, or credit card at the time of booking. 
• Cancellation is allowed and a full refund will be given if canceled within 72 hours.  If canceled within 24 hours, you will receive half of your rental fee.  If canceled less than 24 hours, your fee will be forfeited and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.  This does not include bad weather.  You can reschedule original date if weather is bad.
• Photographer agrees to leave the shooting area and adjacent areas in the same condition as they were prior to the rental period.
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Any damages to any of the designated areas, caused by Photographer or their guests, will be the responsibility of the Photographer and the Photographer.  We just ask that our place be treated with the utmost respect for us, your clients and the other photographers that have usage of the property.
• The Photographer must adhere to all local laws and regulations while using the outdoor area.
• The Photographer is allowed to use any all outdoor props as long as they are returned to their original area.  Any damage to any of these props will be the responsibility of the Photographer and reimbursement by the Photographer will be requested.
• The Studio Owner (Captivated Images) is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the rental period.
  
• The Photographer assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur to themselves, their guests, or their property during the rental period.
• The Photographer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio Owner from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Photographer's use of any of the outdoor areas.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
• THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SUPERCEDES ALL PRIOR NEGOTIATIONS, AGREEMENTS, AND UNDERSTANDINGS.

This agreement is by Vintage Grove and Photographer.

• Vintage Grove and Photographer agrees to usage of outdoor property, located at 5615 Woodrow Rd.  Photographer is allowed to use property each month (as long as membership is paid in full)  and will be available to Member 7 days a week and dates are not previously booked.  
• All bookings must be made on the google calendar provided by Vintage Grove.  Please post on calendar the date and length of your session(s).  
• The Photographer shall pay Vintage Grove $350 a month beginning on the date the photo session is scheduled and continue on same date of each month thereafter, with a credit card on file.  A 30 day notice must be given to Vintage Grove if Photographer wishes to cancel their membership.
